Crash when clicking on tab switcher after closing Downloads Home

Device name: Nexux 6P

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 62.0.3180.0
Operating system: Android 7.1.2

URLs (if applicable):

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Open Downloads Home
(2) Close Downloads Home
(3) Click on tab switcher

Expected result:
All tabs should be seen.

Actual result:
The app crashes.

It is NOT reproducible on latest canary 62.0.3185.0 for me on 7.1.2. Are you still seeing the crash on latest canary 62.0.3185.0?
