Android test bot misses JSON file?

AdbCommandFailedError: (device: 05ef2c19d008a849) adb pull /storage/emulated/legacy/temp_file-86446cdf70479.json /b/swarming/w/itVxQJw3/tmpVxBdHC/list_tests.json: failed with exit status 1 and output:
- adb: error: remote object '/storage/emulated/legacy/temp_file-86446cdf70479.json' does not exist

It just happened once in the last 200 entries. If it's flaky, it's worth looking into at some point. If it repeats again then it needs to be dealt with right now. :)

Hm.... I don't think troopers have a hammer for this particular problem. It looks like the bad shard in question is https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/task?id=37eafd8faeef1710&refresh=10&show_raw=1 and from a cursory glance it looks like it tried to get some test list from a pickle (yikes!) and then fell back to asking the host (?) to list the tests to run and put them in a temp file which never gets created.
