Chrome crashing without any user activity

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.90 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Leave all webpages open
2. :Leave computer overnight
3. Intermittently, every 2 weeks or so, chrome while left open will crash on its own.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome will remain static when left overnight

What went wrong?
The browser as a whole closed. Note, I was able to successfully restore all webpages.

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes Prior to updates done on July 19, 2017

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.90  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

I've been getting something like this, except for me it seems to be a bit more common... getting crashes more commonly than once very 2 weeks, more like a couple a day for the last few days, but it also seems to not have anything to do with current user activity.

Going to attach one of the crash reports; I can add more if it's helpful, but they all seem to have similar signatures with a bad access from the IOThread

@bartolomeo.toto-- Could you please update your chrome to latest stable #60.0.3112.101 and try in a fresh chrome profile without any extensions and flage enabled and update us with your observations. If you can still able to reproduce , please privide crash id from chrome://crashes , refer to attched screenshot.
