Non-Regression: When clicked on scroll button, unwanted selection of product is seen

Chrome Version: 62.0.3182.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, win 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>> Navigate to https://www.flipkart.com/
(2)Go to the rotating banner, and keep clicking on the right and left scroll button and observe

Expected
There should not be any unwanted selection of products while clicking on the scroll button

Actual
While clicking on the scroll button, unwanted selection of product on the promotion banner is seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-46

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.12.6 using chrome latest M62-62.0.3182.0.
Note: This issue is not seen on Firefox.
