Issue descriptionChrome Version: 62.0.3182.0 (Official Build) cc46b05b55683ecf63128f6062811093fcf2ad79-refs/heads/master@{#493619}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.11.6, 0.12.3,10.12.5), Linux(14.04 LTS). Precondition: Sign in and save password with valid credentials. Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch chrome and navigate to 'chrome://settings/passwords'. 2.Press 'Tab' key until focus reaches on chrome chip and observe. Actual Result : Unnecessary two focus is seen on 'chrome chip' and 'iron icon' on pressing tab. Expected Result : Two focus should not be seen on 'chrome chip' and 'iron icon' on pressing tab. This is Regression issue broken in 'M-62' and will soon update the bisect info. Manual bisect info : Good Build: 62.0.3174.0 Bad Build : 62.0.3175.0

r498068 fixed this as well, as no high-lighting of hidden passwords occurs anymore. That revision is available in Chrome 62.0.3200.0, e.g. the latest Canary on Mac. Marking this as Fixed.
