What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and login with credentials having "passphrase"
(2)Click on sync button and resize window from R.H.S
(3)Double click on passphrase field such that 'show all saved passwords' appear
(4)Now scroll the page up/down via mouse wheel and observe


Actual: Suggestion list 'show all saved passwords' get misplaced after scrolling page up/down

Expected: Suggestion list 'show all saved passwords' should not be misplaced after scrolling page up/down.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M62' series i.e 62.0.3182.0 as this is newly added feature.
