What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Cellular data is on ( Wifi disabled)
(2)Go to Google Search.
(3)Search repeatedly for about 10+ times.

What is the expected result?
No such notification should appear.Search should be successful.

What happens instead?
A message stating "Offline No network available. You'll get notified when results are ready" displayed twice during  various Google searches.
