Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a batch of tabs 2. Close some 3. In current arbitrary tab, go menu - recent tabs - recently closed - and choose one. 4. It overrides the current tab. What is the expected behavior? At this moment, you should be able to use "back" to navigate avk to your previously opened tab. Or the recently closed tab should be on its own tab instead of overriding the foreground one (desktop behavior). What went wrong? It overrides the current tab, and didn't even offer a way to go back. The back button will just close the tab. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62 Channel: canary OS Version: Flash Version:

Device name: Nexus 6p (Android 8) I should clarify: by "can't go back" means you can't go back to the tab that was overridden by the re-opened "recently closed" tab. Once it's overridden, the history chain is replaced by that "recently closed" tab's (if there none, then pressing back will just close it, like I said before).
