Switch MediaStyle from v7 to v4 in MediaNotification

Saw this somewhere by chance.
The v7 MediaStyle is deprecated in API level 26:
https://developer.android.com/reference/android/support/v7/app/NotificationCompat.MediaStyle.html

It is moved to the v4 media support library.

Status: Available (was: Untriaged)
This is something we should do when we move back the media notification code to the media notification manager. At the moment, there are many layers in between.
