Feature Request: In addition to the already present Open in New Tab and Copy Link Address in the right click context menus for objects in frames displayed under the Application tab in the Dev Tools, add a Save Target option

Reported by icekh...@gmail.com, Aug 10 2017

Issue description

As a foreword: I have absolutely no clue how to file a feature request here, so I will have to file it this way, but here goes.

I have been caught up re-fetching a bunch of files from my other machines' sites using the browser in order to get the CSS file for modifications and redeployment elsewhere, and having to open a new tab to fetch the file for this every single time becomes a hassle. I think being able to save directly from that context menu would save me, and a lot of others, a bunch of headaches and wasted time, since this could easily make the process of this re-fetch almost instant.

It seems that Scripts and Stylesheets have a Save option, but Images don't. I have no idea what's going on there. Sending to DevTools for triage.

Thanks for the request. Sounds reasonable to have other resources besides Scripts/Stylesheets be save-able via context menu. eostroukhov@, could you please take a look?
