this is not observed on Mac, Win or Linux. I am using LINK chromebook now. it may repro on other chromebook too.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) navigate to http://ats.sandbox.google.com/static/chrome_test_app/index.html
(2) load and play any video, e.g L3_audio_L3_video.mp4.mpd
(3) right click video to bring up context menu

What is the expected result?
all menu options on context menu are present and work

What happens instead?
some menu options gray out, click on other menus not work
