White gutter after unlocking screen when playing fullscreen video |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 62.0.3180.0 OS: Android (5.1.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Start a video, and enter fullscreen. (2) Lock the screen. (3) Unlock the screen What is the expected result? There is a black gutter around the video (and we stay in fullscreen?). What happens instead? The screen has a white gutter and we exit fullscreen.
