Issue description

Application version: 59.0.3071.125

Problem with Accessibility service. Service can't catch changes in address bar.
I am working on app who scan changes in address bar with Accessibility service, but with new version of chrome accessibility service wont catch, or catch but without any text from address bar:
"TYPE_WINDOW_CONTENT_CHANGED; EventTime: 2505178; PackageName: com.android.chrome; MovementGranularity: 0; Action: 0 [ ClassName: android.widget.FrameLayout; Text: []; "
Before this new version, in text writes what is address bar.

(2) open chrome
(3) type www.google.com
(4) in google search type facebook and press enter
(5) click on first link
(6) happen change in address bar www.google.com/ ... -> www.facebook.com

Expected result:
TYPE_WINDOW_CONTENT_CHANGED; EventTime: 2505178; PackageName: com.android.chrome; MovementGranularity: 0; Action: 0 [ ClassName: android.widget.FrameLayout; Text: [www.facebook.com]; ...

Actual result:

We recently redesigned how the omnibox text is displayed. Can someone check whether this is still an issue in the latest version?

Hello,

I am no longer able to replicate this bug so I am resolving this issue. I followed these steps:

(1) Turn on TalkBack
(2) open Chrome, navigate to www.google.com
(3) In Google search type Facebook and press enter
(4) Double tap on first search result for Facebook.com

The URL is updated properly in the Omnibox, which is now at the bottom of the page.
