Data Saver site breakdown reset button should have confirmation

The Data Saver settings page has a reset button that is too easy to accidentally touch. We should provide a confirmation dialog.

Yep, looks to be fixed. I'm not sure who actually fixed it, but it's definitely done now. The reset buttons on both the settings page in Android as well as the desktop extension have confirmation dialogs.
