What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open launcher in full screen mode
2. Swipe up/down on the app list to move to next page

What is the expected result?
Swipe should be detected

What happens instead?
Swipe is not detected most of time. Works only if I swipe exactly in the space between the apps.
