Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Load any web page in the iframe with js.
2.Add debug point in js.
3.Execute the function and observe view port when debugger stops at the break point.
4.The whole Iframe seems highlighted when a breakpoint is activated. 

What is the expected behavior?
IFrame should not get highlighted in viewport during debugging. 

What went wrong?
IFrame gets highlighted in viewport during debugging and keeps highlighting on every step of debugging.

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.90  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.2 (Windows 8)
Flash Version: 

This issue wasn't present before version 60. Seems like a product of new feature added of highlighting IFrame.

Also, I want to like to tell Chrome developers, that you guys add some amazing feature but sometimes creates a new issue which appears in rare cases.
