What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  set IME to Simplified Chinese - Pinyin 
(2)  touch on input field to bring up the Virtual Keyboard
(3)  touch on "tian"
(4)  touch "中/En" to switch IME to English,and then check the "tian" input

What is the expected result?
"tian" should be entered when touching on "中/En". 

What happens instead?
"tian" is deleted when touching on "中/En".
