What steps will reproduce the problem?
We've been receiving some feedback saying the files / pages users have downloaded got removed automatically couple days later. Users can no longer find their files in Chrome download home. Most of the users are using OPPO, Lenovo, Vivo, Redmi, Xperia. Some users say files downloaded by UC browsers are still there.
