Steps to reproduce the problem:
Open the cookies setting either by clicking Settings > Content settings > Cookies, or by accessing the chrome://settings/content/cookies url.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
When going to the page through the menu, the page freezes halfway through the animation. When accessed directly through the url, the page loads but is not responsive.

Did this work before? Yes Cannot recall. Probably back when the version numbers are in the early 50s.

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.90  Channel: stable
OS Version: Arch rolling release
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0
