Removing opacity makes elements disappear

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.78 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have an element that has two parents (see attached html file) 2. Set overflow hidden on the top level parent and on the child element 3. Remove a class on the child element 4. Element visibly disappears from page What is the expected behavior? Element should not disappear What went wrong? Element visibly disappears from page. Reappears when window is resized or child class properties are modified in the dev tools. Did this work before? Yes 59 Does this work in other browsers?
