Unreadable font for the profile name in 61

Look at how my name is rendered in the top right corner of Chrome. When the window is active, it's a bit better. When it's not focused, it's completely unreadable.

There's user feedback reports of this as well in Beta - a total of about 3% of reports in the last week are on this bug.
