if one snaps the chrome window to left or right, the control panel goes over the tans

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.90 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open couple of tabs 2. snap the chrome window to left 3. check the controls (*username _ [] X) 4. The panels go over the tabs What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? the panel is location is getting space that it shouldn't get by going over the tabs Did this work before? I can see the problem in your attached screenshot. "Test _[]X" is on top of the tabs not next to them. Is that by design? Thanks

Retried the steps mentioned in #1 on Ubuntu 14.04, Windows 7 using stable 60.0.3112.90 and canary 62.0.3185.0 on M45, could observe that on dragging the windows from right to left, the -[]X buttons are on the top of the tabs and not next to them. Considering comment #2, marking this as Feature request.

Thanks for tracking this. I would suggest this be flagged as BUG not a feature request because it's not the way that we think it should behave and not nothing new. Thanks
