Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.125 YaBrowser/17.7.1.550 (beta) Yowser/2.5 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open any webpage 2. Press Ctrl+F to show the find bar 3. Press TAB or Shift+TAB many times to make the focus leave the find bar 4. Try to return the focus back to the find bar, by pressing Shift+TAB or TAB correspondingly, or by pressing TAB more times. What is the expected behavior? The focus jumps within the find bar (a text field and a [x] button), then jumps to the main window - the top views, the web page. Then it returns to the find bar. What went wrong? When the focus leaves the find bar, it never comes back. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3182.0 Channel: dev OS Version: 10 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Tested on Chrome Stable #60.0.3112.101, Canary #62.0.3191.0 on Windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04 and able to reproduce the issue. This is a non-regression issue and able to reproduce from M-45 #45.0.2454.85. Marking it as untriaged so that issue gets addressed. Note: Issue is not reproduced on Mac. Thanks.
