Failed to construct 'AudioContext': The hardware sample rate provided (48000) is outside the range [3000, 384000]

Video issue, Audio issue, both, neither?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Unknown

What is the expected result?
AudioContext created

What is the actual result?
AudioContext creation fails

issue)?
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.78 Safari/537.36

@ostap.malyuv-- Could you please provide us the sample test case or test file to reproduce the issue and also elaborate the steps and possible help us by proviidng the screencast , for better understanding.

We received this issue from our logs. Unfortunately we do not have any other information to provide or step to reproduce the issue. 

The weird thing is that 48000 is actually in [3000, 384000] range.
