Issue descriptionChrome Version:62.0.3181.0 OS:Ubuntu 14.04, Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and install Loom extension[https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/loom-video-recorder-scree/liecbddmkiiihnedobmlmillhodjkdmb?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon] (2)Click on the Loom icon beside omnibox and right click on the loom bubble and Inspect (3)Run an audit and observe Expected: After clicking on run an audit, the devtools window and extension bubble should get closed Actual: Instead, it is not responding This is a Regression issue broken in M-62 Manual Bisect Info: =================== Good Build:62.0.3167.0 Bad Build: 62.0.3168.0
