Re-kicked the bisect with a wider range, since the idle css power went up over a few revisions. But +johnchen, crouleau: all these metrics seem to bounce around quite a bit. Is this expected?
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
I don't think we care about css animation power. We specifically set up our alerting config to not cover it.
