spec revert appears to have addressed the SkpicturePrinterUnitTest woes.

Ok I fixed this (it was just that the V2 sandbox didn't apply the --no-sandbox flag). I also made sure benchmarks.system_health_smoke_test.SystemHealthBenchmarkSmokeTest.system_health.memory_desktop.browse:search:google passed.
