Issue description

https://cs.chromium.org/search/?q=file:build/config/compiler/BUILD.gn&type=cs finds nothing, but the file exists: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/build/config/compiler/BUILD.gn

Sorry about this. We've had an issue with the crawler causing parts of the search index to be dropped. It's a known issue where we get NOT_FOUND from Git for chromium/src and it takes a while to recover.
