Security Green lock appears for a few secs when webpage is in tabswitcher mode.

App Version: 62.0.3179.0 canary
iOS Version: 10.3.3, 11.0
Device: iPhone, iPad


Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch app 
2. Long Press on any of the most visited icons and choose open in new tab option OR
Tap on “Learn more” link in NTP page (shown in video)
3. When the  page is opening , tap on tab switcher.


Observed results:
Security Green lock appears for a few secs when webpage is in tabswitcher mode.
The lock overlaps the title of the page.

Expected results:
Security Green lock should not appear when webpage is in tab switcher mode.

Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Not tested

This looks weird. stk@ could you please take a look first to see if its coming from omnibox?

We're also not sure if this should be a blocker, please asses.

I suspect that the webpage needs to be swapped out for its snapshot before the animation happens.

Green lock comes from the omnibox.

Not an RBS. Has been shipped for at least two releases like this, so not a regression either.

This is just a UI glitch, barely noticeable.

Can no longer reproduce with UI Refresh toolbar, location bar and the new tab switcher.
