Known issue with patch

When drag started outside the filename text but somewhere the row of an unsected item, it should select and start dragging that file.


Steps To Reproduce:
(1) File list view mode
(2) unselect all files
(3) Long press on a part of a file (designated in the picture), then attempt to drag.

Expected Result:
File is selected and dragged.

Actual Result:
File is selected but not dragged.

After the file is selected, the same part of the raw is grabbable.
