publish debug symbols for OSX

Reported by jsailor....@gmail.com, Aug 9 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.31 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Debug symbols aren't published for mac osx Chrome builds. They are for Windows (at https://chromium-browser-symsrv.commondatastorage.googleapis.com, per https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/debugging-on-windows) but not for Linux (https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=42985) or OSX.

What is the expected behavior?
There is somewhere to download a dSYM for released Chrome builds on OSX.

What went wrong?
There is nowhere to download a dSYM for released Chrome builds on OSX.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.31 Channel: beta
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6
Flash Version:

("Internals>Installer" was the closest I could get to "Infra>Client>Chrome>Release" which is the component where the Linux version of this bug, https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=42985, is tagged)

This does seem like a generally useful, but low priority feature, if we could publish dSYMs, or at least breakpad symbols.
