Description:
Lighthouse customer requires the ability to access Team Drives from Chrome OS Files App.

Use case:
Currently the files app provides access to My Drive and Shared with me. To access Team Drives the user must use the web interface. This is causing confusion amongst end users.

Motivation:
To provide a consistent experience across Google Drive and Team Drives.

Existing workarounds:
None
