BattOrAgent crashes, resulting in a broken pipe between BattOrWrapper and BattOrAgent

This is a cause of flakes on the waterfall for all BattOr tests.

The serial log's not available because this particular code path doesn't upload serial logs on failure. Fixing that might be a necessary precursor to fixing this problem.

Summary: BattOrAgent crashes, resulting in a broken pipe between BattOrWrapper and BattOrAgent (was: Pipe between BattOrWrapper and BattOrAgent breaking when checking 'SupportsExplicitClockSync')
Renaming this bug to be more general, as I'm seeing a lot of BattOrAgent crashes that happen at various points when interacting with the BattOrWrapper. None of these really have enough debugging information to be useful.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
Marking this as fixed, as the most common case of this was when trying to kill the shell after it was already dead. I'll reopen other failures as separate bugs.
