Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://nabiraem.ru/broadcast Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to page 2. Right click on swf movie 3. Choose Settings (to see the settings of flash content) 4. Go Camera tab. The list of cameras is empty. Go to microphones tab. The list of microphones is empty too. Also if we call Camera.names from Actionscript 3 of the swf content then the list in Actionscript 3 is empty. Not like in another version of Chrome (Version 55.0.2883.75 (64-bit)) where the lists are not empty. You can also observe the bug in VirtualBox emulator of Windows 8.1. If we have virtual cameras installed by ManyCam software they are not visible and the list is empty. What is the expected behavior? Camera list normally should display at least my installed camera: HD Pro Webcam C920 (046d:082d). What went wrong? List of cameras and list of microphones are empty. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? Yes Adobe Flash Player Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 60.0.3112.90 Channel: n/a OS Version: 8.1 Flash Version: Adobe Flash Player 26.0.0.151 It seems the error occurs since the last update to version 60.0.3112.90 in Windows.

Also the issue could be observed in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with the same version of Chrome.
