Embedded youtube videos are not shown

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.90 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://www.libro.at/schule-video-area
2. the embedded youtube videos are not shown (white area)
3. Refresh the page (one or multiple times)
4. The youtube videos are shown after refreshing the page one or more times

What is the expected behavior?
Embedded youtube videos should be shown on first pageload

What went wrong?
The embedded youtube videos are not shown on first pageload

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Embedded videos seem to work for me. Try switching to Chrome Canary and see if you can still reproduce the problem.
Components: Blink>HTML>IFrame
I can repro this in 60.0.3112.90. It's pretty weird and doesn't occur with all the videos, so I attached a recording. Interestingly I can also get the iframe to disappear when I right click on it, and messing around with the CSS of it sometimes makes it come back (temporarily).

I get the same results as Erik though and can't reproduce this in Canary, so I think it might have been fixed? Tagging Blink>HTML>IFrame for help triaging.
