Youtube videos wont play

Reported by andresmo...@gmail.com, Aug 9 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3178.0 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJCqtUTjS_w

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to youtube.com
2. Try to play a video

What is the expected behavior?
To see the video

What went wrong?
It does not play the video, it stays loading "forever" on a normal or incognito window, with and withoout any extension with any of the Chrome versions (right now the freshly installed dev version as the normal version crashed the same way).

There are 2 options:

1. It plays the first 5 - 10 seconds of the video, then it stops and start loading looping icon.
2. It shows black screen on the video frame, and it never starts at all.

Recently I notice that if i wait long enough (around 3 - 6 minutes) it might play the video.

It is not a broadband problem as IE plays a 4k video perfectly with no problem.

I disabled the hardware acceleration too.

I have been asked by your Twitter staff to place this support ticket, you can find the whole conversation over here:

Did this work before? Yes Last Chorme version (not dev)

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

GpuProcessHostUIShim: The GPU process exited normally. Everything is okay.

Just as comment, any other video platform works just fine, such as Twitch or Vimeo.

Components: Internals>GPU>SwiftShader
Can you try finding updated drivers for your video card? It looks like we've had to disable all GPU acceleration... though this should still work to an extent. +SwiftShader folk in case there's some regression in software video playback.
Well, as stated, it is working now, i fixed it by doing what is mentioned on my second comment. Either way, suggesting is a driver thing does not make to much sense, as i said IE play videos normally, so how could it be the graphics.
Well.. it stated happening again after 24 hours. I installed the latest version for my OS of the drivers, but the problem is still there.
