Issue descriptionChrome Version : 61.0.3163.31 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) (cohort: Beta), Revision: 81393764a5e9c1df91af286efa3b7e1bb19c46c0-refs/branch-heads/3163@{#266}, Windows 10 Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Chrome 60 (64-bit): OK Firefox 55.0 (32-Bit) Beta: OK IE 11.483.15063.0: OK Edge 40.15063.0.0: OK What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Load the attached index.html file (2) Hover over the text (3) Look at the button What is the expected result? The text should scale, nothing more. What happens instead? The text is scaling as expected, but the button is flickering (even disappearing for a moment). This seems to be a problem concering a specific combination of z-index, overflow behavior and border-radius in nested flex boxes!?!? The problem does not appear if i take one of those things away. That's why it wont be reproducable as a plunker/jsfiddle, tried it. HTML file attached which reproduces the behavior.

Might be related to GPU/drivers. Please save chrome://gpu page in a file and attach it here. Also make sure you can reproduce the bug in a new clean profile without extensions.

Hello mmanchala, Thanks for the fast reply. It seems that you have already fixed the bug. Updated my Chrome today to 61.0.3163.39 and it works again. In 61.0.3163.31 (beta) it sure didn't ;)
