Regression: Navigation is not seen properly on chrome://extensions page after clicking on chrome apps option.

Chrome Version: 61.0.3163.39 Revision 13880e9afd3e987ce49d7e0c3c3d0cb652474a30-refs/branch-heads/3163@{#389}(64bit)
OS: Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.3,10.12.5),Windows(7,8,10),Linux(14.04 LTS). 

Pre-condition: Enabled 'Enable Material Design extensions' flag from chrome://flags.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://extensions
(2) Click on iron icon near Extensions and Apps text, then click on chrome apps
(3) Observe.

Actual: Navigation is not seen  properly after clicking on chrome apps option.

Expected: Navigation should seen proper.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 60’ and will soon update other info :
Good build: 60.0.3088.0

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.6,Windows 7 & Ubuntu 14.04 Using latest Canary-62.0.3179.0.

The MD Extensions page no longer has separate subpages for Apps and Extensions. They are both displayed on the same page.
