Keyboard shortcuts in extensions and not settings

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.86 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome://settings, search for "keyboard.
2. No results are found.

What is the expected behavior?
The keyboard shortcut settings should be shown.

If the shortcuts UI can't be shown, then the search results could just include a link to keyboard shortcuts UI which is at the very end of chrome://extensions/.

What went wrong?
Not a bug, just bad UX.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.86  Channel: n/a
OS Version: Fedora 25
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Checked this Issue on older version(46.0.2490.86) on Windows-7,Windows-10 ,Mac-10.12.4 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04.
Able to reproduce the Issue. So considering the issue as Feature request, marking it as untriaged  so that it would get addressed by respective team.
