Regression: Black patch is seen in Sign out screen

Chrome Version:62.0.3176.0/9823.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Candy,Minnie
OS:chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign In to user and Sign out
(2)In Sign out screen,try some wrong password once >> next time give the correct password and hit'Enter'key(Kindly refer video)

OR

(1)In Sign out screen,type password->Press tab till focus reaches the password field and hit'Enter'key

Actual:A black patch is seen after pressing Enter key
Expected: No such patches should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 61.0.3163.38/9765.21.0 dev channel Daisy

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

I can repo this occasionally in latest M61 Canary. I'm not sure if this is the same with crbug.com/752698. I can confirm this is not related to sign-in screen though, since the black patch appears after an active user session starts.
