Hello,
This is normal operations from a newly purchased (one registered owner) chromebook. I use this daily for hangouts and email. 

1:  It has multiple tpm errors, has crashed frequently- 

2:  Is NOT logging google hangout sessions.  

3:  When I call Kathy Zinn on hangouts most times it does not ring on my end at all.  The exception being if for some unknown reason (to me) the hangout session WAS logged, I can click our previous session that was logged hit  video icon and it will ring.  The last time it was logged was July 27-  The session comes up randomly...


5. I have ONLY 1 single chromebook connected to my gmail google account corina.wilson@gmail.com. It is THIS chromebook.  No phone or any other computer is logged in to my email as far as I know. I am logged into the chromebook, the browser, my email, google hangouts, google drive. According to the tech I mentioned above (gmail conv) , the 10 sessions listed in the screen shot is not what I should see just being logged into this single chromebook.  It is more like 10 devices are connected to corina.wilson and coming out of my IP.   

6. Device totally blacked out in hangouts today, screeched and crashed when removing wishlist apps and deauthenticated me 2 times.  I sent addition detail to chrome dev support via email tonight at 9:27 pm.

Hi- 

I have noticed something very wrong with my google hangout contacts and google play.     Please take caution with the images every time I view these I see a little green bar go across on the left hand side and then the images become very distorted and pixelated.  I had saved them directly to my google drive after I had the authentication error as I was afraid this chromebook would need powerwashed... They are being sent as google drive links...  I don't want to leave them in my google drive account for long as I think I have now synched up with all the freaks by pulling up their non-email contacts names and saving to g-drive.   I want to get them off as soon as I can so please let me know when I can.  I am going to run a new log on this chrome book and will try to post it tonight if I have the stamina and then power wash this chromebook.   

I had to remove ALL contacts from my g+ about a year ago and the only remaining contact in my friend list is Kathy Zinn who I  work with daily via google hangouts.  

For the last 6 months, when I'd type K (for Kathy Zinn-) about 1/2 the time a person Kiki Sanford came up with an email listed as well as a few others with no email such as Kim Kardashian.     I went to find Kiki's profile and it's clear to me this poor woman has been hacked in google too as she has very similar postings as I did from strangers.   She hasn't posted on G+ in 24 weeks. Then I went through the alphabet and I find several other names coming up for me to invite to google hangouts with emails as well as many famous people without emails such as Britney Spears,  Sergey Brinn, Larry Page, Lady Gaga, Madonna, Richard Bronson, Kim Kardashian....

Thinking that something must be linking me to to these people - I  go to google play and unfortunately I dont have the right model of chrome book (though I have 4 others) to use google play and I have turned off all device syncing and I am able to remove my wish list apps which had several I do not believe I had added, and then the chromebook screeched and crashed and I had a brand new account authentication error.  

The contact support on google play directed me to samsung, so I called and they said they couldn't do anything about my apps listed as installed in my account because I don't have an android device listed on samsung and they said they couldn't help me and directed me to contact google play.  Then I called google play tonight about 5 PM and the person said it was no problem it was just history,  but I think this is an issue because I had about 12 strangers phones added to my samsung account a year ago with apps on them that had been locked with knox that I couldn't get rid of.  Samsung pushed all this crap to my phone, even the new phone that verizon had replaced.  I believe that some of these are what is causing me the account trouble.  FYI the verizon app is still there though I'm not with them any longer. 

There is no way this right.   Can you check-  This must be a clue.  Please help me figure this out.   I want to delete all the apps listed in my google play account-  We need to find out why these people are showing up as contacts still in my google hangouts.  First they added themselves to my contacts, and people I followed- then last year I caught a slew of them on the google pages I manage and you guys cleaned all that up.  Now they are incognito masquerading as celebrities.  Perhaps the people that have email names have been hacked as well or they are dumb hackers who did not hide themselves well, but I think there must be something in common linking us together in your systems.    Can you find the link?

Please help me.  PLEASE.  🙏
