Fuchsia's fdopen() accepts -1 as fd |
|
Issue descriptionFileUtilTest.FileToFILE in base_unittests expects fdopen(-1, ...) to fail, but it succeeds on Fuchsia. http://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/009695399/functions/fdopen.html says that it "may" fail with EBADF when "The fildes argument is not a valid file descriptor.". So this may be technically correct, but it might be less surprising to fail here. (I will fix the Chromium side test to not rely on this "may" behaviour of POSIX in the meantime.) |
