Touchable launcher: Installed app is duplicated in uninstalled apps list

Platform	9765.21.0 (Official Build) dev-channel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open launcher
2. Install any app (say 'Facebook')
3. After installation is done, open launcher and enter search query as 'Facebook'

What happens?
In the resulting UI, 'Facebook' is seen in both installed apps and uninstalled apps list.
