Detect bad dongles in the lab.

We have DUTs in the lab that are using ASIX USB dongles.  Those dongles are known to suffer from  bug 695366.


It would be nice to autodetect these and create a "bad-dongle" host attribute.

We could this use this data to drive bugs to get the bad dongles removed.

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
There's a committed plan to replace all of the existing ASIX dongles
with something supported, and work is underway.  englab-sys-cros knows
where the dongles are, and doesn't need our help in finding them.
