Printing does not work with rectangular DPI and roll paper

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
Some day ago I am having a problems.

Google chrome is not printing correctly.

With the oldest version 56 is working so good, but automatily Chrome is updating and it is not working so  good.

I attached you some image about the problem

Unable to repro this issue on Windows 10 using reported version #56.0.2924.87

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue:
1.Installed 56.0.2924.87 version chrome and checked print preview using ctrl+p is good
2.Automatically updated chrome to latest M60 and Observed print preview is working fine.

Attaching screencast for reference.

Also could you please provide any test url you are seeing this issue which helps us for further triaging this issue.

Edwin, thanks for filing this bug. Can you tell us what printer model / driver you are using?
Bixilon SP-275II e inclusive con las otras impresoras pasa lo mismo con las que imprimen en POS según la imagen que les he cargado. Hay una nueva actualización de google chrome pero el problema persiste.
He cargado imágenes y vídeos sobre el inconveniente para que me puedan ayudar

Summary: Printing does not work with rectangular DPI and roll paper (was: google chrome problems)
Looks like this is similar to https://crbug.com/738950. Downloaded the printer driver for Bixilon SP-275II and this printer uses roll paper + rectangular DPI. Since the printing code wasn't intended to support rectangular DPI or roll paper, this was mostly working accidentally before (the M56 printout still looks distorted, just not as badly), and then something changed and broke it completely between 56 and 59. It is unlikely we will be able to reproduce this issue to figure out what specific change caused it until we have a printer that has these properties.
