Float clearing issue in material extensions

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open material design chrome://extensions/
2. Click on extension details
3. Scroll to bottom

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
There is what seems to be a float clearing issue at the bottom of these pages, the content overflows the container box leading to a buggy UI.

Did this work before? N/A

is the Material Design version of the Extensions page ready for testing?  the last time I checked it was still under active development.

As dbeam@ mentioned, the MD extensions page isn't quite ready yet.  That said, the version that's on Canary (m63) is getting pretty close, if you wanted to try that one out.  This particular issue is already fixed there.
