blinks developer tools and hangs

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.90 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
smooth use

What went wrong?
hangs browser with developer tools
Showing Highlights from the chrome 60 updates

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.90  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #60.0.3112.90.

santhosh@ Could you please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser. If issue still persists please reply to this bug.

Thanks for the report.  I'm also not able to reproduce any hang or unresponsiveness.
 The 'Highlights from the chrome 60 update' is supposed to pop the first time, but you should be able to press the 'Close' button or the 'X' in the 'What's new' tab.

Are you able to close the 'Highlights from the chrome 60 update'?
Do other parts of DevTools respond to your input/clicks eventually?
