Infinite crash report errors when using --repl mode

Running `--headless --repl` prints infinite errors to the console.

When I include `--crash-dumps-dir`, it works. What's the best way to use --repl?

Looks like permission related. 

I can't reproduce in my Mac:

/Applications/Google\ Chrome\ Canary.app/Contents/MacOS/Google\ Chrome\ Canary --headless --repl https://www.chromestatus.com/
