Issue descriptionChrome Version : 60.0.3112.78 OS Version: Windows 7 or 10 URLs (if applicable) :https://fiddle.jshell.net/itamarsh/yr6pc20h/4/ Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari 5: Firefox 4.x: IE 7/8/9: What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. connect two USB outputs to USB hub 2. play sound to each 3. run windows output test What is the expected result? sound comes out correctly from each output device What happens instead of that? 1. windows output device test starts complaining that the device is in use 2 the sound gets corrupted or comes from the default output 3. only restart fix it Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.78 Safari/537.36 We are using Web Audio API on latest Chrome to create sounds and playing it to output devices. This [fiddle](https://fiddle.jshell.net/itamarsh/yr6pc20h/4/), let you connect to two output devices, and play a tone on each one. This is working fine with both default output and USB outputs. The problem starts when using two USB outputs connected to a PC with USB Hub (no external power). After playing a while (and using the PC for other tasks, thus creating some workload) the sound breaks in one or both of the outputs I am looking for a way to understand why its happening. Any help would be appreciated. (Also tried [this](https://fiddle.jshell.net/itamarsh/yr6pc20h/2/) approach, it was worse)
