Issue descriptionChrome Version:62.0.3179.0 (Official Build) b5b73b0139e1b065902ba751610210b6322c827f-refs/heads/master@{#492477} (32/64 bit) OS:Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.3), Linux (14.04 LTS) Precondition: Install notifications galore app from url mentioned below such that default entry appears. URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/notifications-galore/gclcddgeeaknflkijpcbplmhbkonmlij/related?utm_source=chrome-ntp-launcher What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/content/flash (2)Hover mouse on iron icon indicator such that tooltip appears,right click to open context menu. (3)Click on wrench menu ,click on zoom + button and observe. Actual: Tooltip doesn't disappear after opening context menu and zooming the page via wrench menu. Expected: Tooltip should disappear after opening context menu and zooming the page via wrench menu. This is a regression issue broken in 'M60' and below is the manual regression range Good Build: 60.0.3111.0 Bad Build: 60.0.3112.0

Am I correct that it disappears when the mouse is moved away form the tool tip? This looks good to me. While it isn't necessarily "working as expected" it is working well and doesn't appear to need correction. Maybe Bettes@ will have a different opinion, I'll cc bettes@. For now, I'll mark it WontFix. |
